We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers. The Daily Creative Challenge application only stores your configuration and activity history locally on your device using Android's secure DataStore and local SQLite storage. This includes:

  • Onboarding completion state.
  • App settings (dark mode, sound, vibration preferences).
  • Saved creative challenges.
  • Completion flags and timestamps of saved items.

When you contact us via email or using the contact form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, and message content) solely to respond to your support request.

4. How We Use Information

The local data is used solely to provide and improve app features on your device: tracking your creative streak, loading your local challenge archive, maintaining your custom preferences, and managing your user onboarding experience.

Any email correspondence is used purely for general support and communication purposes and is never shared or sold.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may use Google Play Services for core system functions. These services may collect certain device identifiers or usage statistics governed by their own privacy policies. We do not transmit your creative challenges or local activity data to any third party.

6. Data Security & Sharing

Because all your challenge data is stored locally, it is as secure as your physical device. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data. Any sharing actions (e.g., sharing a creative challenge with friends) are initiated exclusively by you via your device's system share sheet.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You maintain full control over your data. You can inspect or delete individual challenges in the History screen of the application, or perform a complete wipe of all stored preference and progress data by clicking 'Reset History' in the Settings screen. Uninstalling the application will also erase all local data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any updates will be reflected inside our applications or on this page with an updated revision date.
